The lesson begins with a welcome aperitif, accompanied by a glass of local wine, to immediately set the convivial mood. Then we'll get our hands dirty: you'll learn how to knead the dough and use the traditional manual pasta maker to make tagliatelle, spaghetti, and lasagna sheets. We will focus on the slow preparation of a meat ragù, or a vegetable-based sauce as a vegetarian alternative, following all the steps up to the cooking and assembly of delicious homemade lasagna. At the end of the experience, we will enjoy the dishes we have prepared together, accompanied by a homemade dessert that will make this full immersion in the tradition of fresh pasta even more special.
