"My house is surrounded by greenery, on the hills near Pontedera, a city famous for Piaggio and its 'Vespa'. It is a farmhouse surrounded by old olive trees that produce excellent extra virgin olive oil, a small vegetable garden and fruit trees. My dishes are simple, traditional, but with an eye to innovation and multiple new dietary needs. The products I use are of excellent quality and almost always organic, like the wine I offer to my guests."
