Annalisa lives in the territory of the Matildic Hills, in Montecavolo, the place where Matilde di Canossa lived, a few kilometers from the center of Reggio Emilia. "The place where I live, far from city noises, has allowed me to cultivate a passion for the land and everything it can offer us: vegetables, fruits, wine and oil. In addition to being passionate about wine, I have always liked the idea of having an olive grove and, as a family, we decided to plant 230 olive trees so our experience began. We also have a vineyard, a vegetable garden, a chicken coop, many other animals and we produce balsamic vinegar.
