Carla lives with her family  not far from Tivoli, in a farmhouse surrounded by greenery, surrounded by olive trees and with a splendid view. The cuisine of our Cesarina is mainly based on the Roman tradition, trying to safeguard forgotten foods and pass on the tradition. "My dream is to be able to open my home to the many travelers who come to discover the home of Emperor Hadrian, eager to taste Tiburtini dishes."
