The territory of Lake Trasimeno, in the province of Perugia, is an area rich in woods, history, centuries-old olive groves, traditions and ancient suggestions.Elisabetta: "Cooking is for me an act of love, a great passion that goes hand in hand with that for writing. I am Roman by birth and Umbrian by adoption. I have chosen to go back to my roots, my family is originally from these places where I spent the most beautiful summers of my childhood and adolescence".
