We can explore and experience classic Mitteleuropean Trieste cuisine at the home of our Cesarina, Giovanna. Giovanna loves simple traditional cooking made with fresh ingredients and seasonal fruits and vegetables. She seasons her dishes using excellent olive oil, aromatic herbs and spices, with small forays into the kitchens of the world. In Giovanna’s kitchen, you will discover a pantry laden with sauces, preserves, pasta, spirits and sweets, all strictly homemade.
