Hi from Giuseppina!

The city of Reggio Calabria is the cradle of history and traditions. Overlooking the sea, it offers wonderful perspectives of summer and winter, with evocative scenery and breathtaking views. A place full of treasures from an archaeological heritage that passes from ancient Greece through the Roman, Byzantine and medieval periods. A wealth of traditions made up of religious events, festivals, and feasts. It boasts a varied tradition of craftsmanship from ceramics to hand-embroidered lace, to food and wine, and bergamot, which is used in local pastry, gastronomy and liqueur production. Here, in her welcoming and quiet home, where you can sense the air of good humor, we meet Giuseppina. Her kitchen produces an explosion of colors and flavors typical of Sundays spent with family, and the scent of bergamot as it spreads throughout her home.  The pleasure of cooking, for our Cesarina, has always gone hand in hand with hospitality. Friends and relatives fill her home, demonstrating how much they appreciate her culinary delicacies.
