Cesarino Guglielmo works in the tourism sector, but has always loved cooking. "My passion for cooking blends with hospitality, the backbone of my family and my city, Sorrento. Through my recipes, inherited from my family, I like to introduce the scents of tradition as I have tasted them over the years. My house is located 10 minutes from the historic center, in a hilly area, and the dishes I love to cook are linked to the maritime and peasant tradition, absolutely complementary to each other."
