Hi from Laura!

Lecco, a small and quiet town softened by a spectacular view on the shores of Lake Como and nestled between important mountains such as Resegone and San Martino, mentioned by Manzoni in the "Promessi Sposi". Impossible not to love this place and its culinary products that make up a poor cuisine, but full of imagination where cheeses, polenta and lake fish are its main ingredients.Our Cesarina Laura, since she was a child, followed her mother's patient and confident gestures in admiration between pots and stoves. She received her first recipe book at the age of eight and she still prepares some of those dishes today, on particular family occasions.
