"My city, Forlì, is rich in history with important monuments: from the Abbey of San Mercuriale, which overlooks the beautiful Piazza Saffi, to the Rocca di Ravaldino and other interesting places to visit on foot or by bicycle. The passion for cooking was transmitted to me by my mother, a typically Romagna cuisine: cappelletti, passatelli, tagliatelle, followed by roasts, side dishes, and many desserts. All local and genuine products."
