“Learning to cook was spontaneous and natural for me, just like reading and writing! In fact, I grew up in the kitchen with my mother who has always allowed me to be "hands-on", experimenting with classic recipes, sweet and savory, of the Syracusan tradition. My dishes have evolved over time, thanks to the constant desire to reinvent myself in the kitchen, and also thanks to the different possibilities that finally today allow me to give free rein to my creativity. My table is always tidy and well laid out, but also functional and comfortable, to put guests at ease to enjoy a magnificent taste experience.”
