Massimo lives in Noventa Vicentina, between the Berici and Euganean Hills, near the most attractive Venetian cities and UNESCO heritage sites, from the Prosecco hills to the Dolomites. "My mother passed on to me the love for good cuisine, from Padua and Veneto, for simple and genuine, but always tasty dishes. The ingredients of my recipes are the products of our countryside and hills, from rice to radicchio to wine."
