"My teachers in the kitchen were my grandmother and my father, who, even today at 80, still bakes bread and focaccia with sourdough at home. I enjoy setting the table and have a strong sense of hospitality. My house is very large and is located in a building dating back to 1881, right in the center of Genoa, with a beautiful flower-filled terrace and a veranda from which you can see the roofs and monuments of the city."
