Hi from Patrizia!

Nebbiuno finds itself among the rolling hills overlooking Lake Maggiore, in the province of Novara, Piedmont. The town, in the Alto Vergante region of mountains found between the lakes, owes its success to its mild climate thanks to Lake Maggiore nearby and the woods behind it.Our Cesarina, Patrizia, was born, grew up, and continues to live here. She enjoys cooking, often experimenting and refining her own authentic recipes. Of course she is aware that perfection does not exist but, nevertheless, her respect for tradition and the ingredients she uses produces exquisite dishes.
