"My house is located on the outskirts of the town of Gradisca d'Isonzo, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The open space available allows you to live and share with me the moment of preparing dishes to be enjoyed at home or under the porch. I owe all my passion for cooking to my grandmothers, a girl from Gorizia and a Romagna, who, since I was a child, taught me their recipes, allowing me today to combine a little Friuli and a bit of Romagna. I offer typical local and border dishes made with local products, such as San Daniele ham, Montasio and Rosa di Gorizia, all accompanied by the renowned wines produced on the Gorizia hills."
