“I’m lucky because I live in a particularly rich land, where almost everyone has a vegetable garden or produces wine, so I have always been used to having fresh products. My house is located in a small town halfway between the city and the mountains; I have a large garden with a wood oven and a vegetable garden, where I grow the products that I then put on the table. My cuisine respects tradition, and I like to experiment with new tastes and learn about new ingredients.”
