"I was born in Florence in the popular district of San Frediano, the beating heart of the Florentine culinary tradition. My mother was a great cook and from an early age she made me passionate about cooking and good food. My family and I live in a house surrounded by among vineyards and olive groves in the beautiful countryside of Barberino val d'Elsa, where we can't wait to open the doors of our house to welcome friends and curious people from all over the world."
