All about chicken!

In this experience, we will prepare chicken in various ways: - Fried - Boiled - Baked We will accompany the chicken with various types of salad, all prepared with fresh ingredients harvested from my garden. You will help me prepare the courgettes, aubergines, carrots, radicchio, tomatoes, etc.

We will have fun getting our hands dirty. Among the most widely consumed types of meat in the world, for dietary and even religious reasons, chicken is a key ingredient in almost all culinary traditions around the world, both ancient and modern. Chicken meat, low in calories and rich in protein, is very easy to cook, undoubtedly versatile and suitable for different types of preparation and cooking.
