In this practical and fun course, you will learn how to prepare the perfect dough and top your pizza with fresh, local ingredients. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we will work together to prepare the dough and, of course, taste our pizzas accompanied by a glass of wine. We will prepare the Montanara, a soft and golden fried pizza with tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, and basil, the Margherita, queen of pizzas, and a pizza stuffed in the oven with typical products from Campania. A perfect experience for families, couples, and groups of friends.
