We'll start with bruschette, crisp slices of toasted bread, drizzled with the most aromatic olive oil and topped with ripe tomatoes, garlic, and freshly picked basil. These bruschette pay homage to the simplicity and fresh flavors that burst in your mouth.

The second course will be a risotto, a delicacy that requires patience and attention. Prepared with Carnaroli rice, we'll cook it slowly with homemade vegetable broth, a pinch of saffron for a golden color, and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese for creaminess. Each spoonful will be an explosion of flavor, a dance of texture and aroma.

Our Cesarina is proud to tell her story, and how her love of cooking grew from her family life. Traditional local recipes have formed a tangible bond between Antonietta, her mother and grandmother. Antonietta’s loves preparing humble classics, and every course is prepared with her heart and soul. And of course, she ensures to use only the finest local produce. Just like her cooking philosophy, Antonietta’s table is simple and homely, but always prepared with the utmost care.
