These bruschette pay homage to the simplicity and fresh flavors that burst in your mouth.
The second course will be a risotto, a delicacy that requires patience and attention. Prepared with Carnaroli rice, we'll cook it slowly with homemade vegetable broth, a pinch of saffron for a golden color, and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese for creaminess.
