Hi from Claudia!

The barn of our Cesarina, Claudia, is located on the farm of a historic Villa Fiorentina: Villa Gamberaia. We are in Settignano, the hill where Michelangelo as a child saw the stonecutters at work. Claudia: "I love to bring to the table the dishes that represent our cuisine, simple and essential. A fundamental ingredient for the dishes is our extra virgin olive oil. I accompany everything with Sangiovese, the wine that everyone calls" Chianti ". I am waiting for you for an experience of simple authenticity".
