Elena's beautiful house is nestled within the historical center of Modena, located near the ancient city canals. The gourmet proposal of our Cesarina, also have historical roots created from cherished family culinary traditions:  as evidenced by the ancient household vinegar maker, located in the attic of the house.In the ancient families of Modena, it was traditional to give several vinegar barrels as dowry to a future bride: a custom that was respected when Elena married Roberto, and that the couple is also continuing for their daughter.
