Elena and Amalia are two old friends with a great passion in common: cooking! Despite having rather different careers - Amalia is a fashion buyer and Elena is involved in marketing in the food sector - they have both cultivated their love for the culinary arts by attending a professional cooking class, gaining experience in the kitchens and dining rooms of restaurants and attending a sommelier course with the AIS (the Italian Sommelier Association). In the picturesque and historical Navigli neighborhood of Milan, surrounded by bars, clubs and restaurants, romantic canals and fascinating tourist sites, we meet our Cesarine. In their characteristic and welcoming apartment, they make us feel immediately at home. As with their home, Elena and Amalia have let no detail to chance in setting the table. Everything is focused on enhancing their culinary preparations: traditional dishes and new creations, always accompanied by a good glass of selected wine.
