The Asti area stretches between the beautiful hills of Monferrato and Langhe, among the enchanting wine-growing landscapes that received prestigious UNESCO recognition in 2014. Then there is the city of Asti, rich in historical heritage with its towers, palaces, and churches. And 'September in Asti', known for its historical events, such as the Palio, combined with numerous food and wine events. In this splendid atmosphere, we meet Liliana, our Cesarina, who welcomes us into her cozy home, just a few steps from the historic center. Liliana developed her passion for the culinary arts in her family: as a child, she followed her grandmother into the kitchen, then helped her mother and later her husband, from whom she learned the family's secret recipes. In addition, thanks to her work in organizing events and exhibitions related to the promotion of local products, she has come into contact with farms and wineries that boast the production of excellent products, which she uses to create traditional Piedmontese recipes.
