"I've always loved cooking and eating. I belonged to a typical southern family, at the time when mothers, aunts and grandmothers gathered to prepare the sauce, preserves and vegetables in oil. The recipes of the territory have been handed down to me in An authentic way. For me the fundamental point of good food is the raw materials. I choose them with care and 'import' them as much as possible, directly from my land. I love welcoming friends into my home and making their palates happy."
