Our Cesarina Martina lives in the heart of Salento, halfway between Otranto and Gallipoli. "I have loved cooking since I was just a child, so I decided to turn this passion into a job. It was my mother who passed on my curiosity for the gastronomic tradition: for me cooking is love and sociability, as well as a remedy for everything."
