"I live in a beautiful seaside town - Gallipoli - I think I was born with a passion for cooking: the most important and most beautiful events in life revolve around food, its sharing and its preparation. of my land, I prefer the simplicity of the ingredients as well as seasonality, I love traditions and consider them a moment of aggregation and closeness. My land is rich in excellent products and I love, where possible, to highlight them. I accompany my dishes with Primitivo, a red wine from my land which is also my favorite. I cook with love and wait for you to welcome you with the sun of my land."
