"I have always loved cooking, especially when it comes to the recipes I ate as a child, made with love by my grandmothers and aunts, all excellent cooks. Being able to rediscover the flavors of memory and make my friends discover them is a wonderful experience , above all because, for them, these flavors are even more distant. Our house lends itself well to welcoming guests, who are always happy to come to dinner and for whom I pay particular attention not only to the food to put on the table, but also the equipment, part of which belonged to my grandmothers."
