Here Vittoria, our Cesarina, welcomes us in a typical early 18th century Salento house with classic 'star' vaults. "The passion for cooking was born as a child, crossing the Neapolitan (paternal) and Salento (maternal) customs. I like to share the customs of our grandparents, both in preparing the dishes and in bringing them to the table in the old pots."
