As guests arrive, I will serve a welcome drink and tell the story of the house, Praiano and culinary traditions. We will begin by preparing the dough for the pastry, which we will then let rest in the refrigerator. Next, we will prepare the tiramisu, usually with seasonal strawberries, otherwise in the classic version with coffee. We will proceed with the dough for the gnocchi, which we will serve with seasonal vegetarian sauces. After the dough rests, we will turn it into ready-made dishes and serve the second course. We will conclude with dessert. All will be accompanied with my own wine, or a local and eco-friendly homemade wine.
