We will use durum wheat semolina or fresh eggs, carefully selecting genuine local products. A culinary journey through Campania and Alto Adige, bringing with us grandmother's secrets and traditions. Before we begin our cooking class, I will welcome you with a welcome drink where we will savor delicious local cured meats, such as speck and sausages, goat cheeses, gray cheese with onions and fruit preserves, accompanied by delicious appetizers. I look forward to a unique gastronomic experience.
