I was born into a family of balsamic vinegar producers in Spilamberto, a small town on the outskirts of Modena. I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively throughout my life, but these experiences abroad have made me realise that I cannot do without my homeland and my passion for food and simple things. My dream is to introduce other people to the area where I live, with its simplicity and flavours marked by the passing of the seasons, and to inspire them to fall in love with it. Edited.
