Cesarino Fabio welcomes his guests on the amazing terrace of his house. "Thanks to my grandmother and her recipes, I began to approach cooking at an early age. I owe everything to her, because she taught me the basics and secrets of local cuisine, which, over the years, I have cultivated with passion and commitment. I love organising moments of conviviality with friends and relatives and create new dishes with the fresh raw materials that I can find."
