Hi from Francesca!

A few steps from Lecce, our Cesarina Francesca welcomes us in her beautiful country house, surrounded by a large garden. "The passion for food has always been in my family's veins, but the one who really transmitted the love for simple cooking to me was my grandmother Marianna, a farmer, who took me to the fields with her to collect herbs and fruit and, in front of the fireplace, she taught me that with a little you can get exceptional dishes. I strongly wanted to move to the countryside, to have a direct relationship with nature: here I cultivate a strictly organic garden and I love to receive friends and relatives."
