Hi from Maurizio!

Maurizio's house is located in Giorgilorio, a small residential neighborhood a few steps from the splendid Lecce, a city with a mixture of culture, art, music, traditions and the beaches of the Adriatic and Ionian Seas. "I learned to cook as a child, stealing all the secrets of my mother. My cooking is based only on products of my land, Salento, and on seasonality, mine are traditional dishes. I always try to introduce new flavors and new textures. I like to make my guests feel good and I feel great satisfaction in seeing, in their eyes, the joy of having tasted my recipes."
