Michela lives in Cattolica, the last town in Romagna, a land on the border with the Marche, populated by tourists in the summer and quiet and lovable with its lively port in the winter. Her passion for the culinary art was born as a child, always between the feet of her grandmother and mother, in the kitchen of the family hotel. Always accustomed to conviviality and hosting people from all over the world, "because the people of Romagna are born with the cult of good food and I think we are able to give our best!" Her shopping is local, she loves going to the farmers' market for seasonal fruit and vegetables and to the port for the catch of the day, where a smile and a joke in dialect are never lacking!
