Hi from Selvaggia!

Among the Malatesta hills, 10 km from Riccione, is the family cottage of our Cesarina, Selvaggia, Tuscanian by birth but Romagnola by adoption, lives and cultivates her passion for good food. Thanks to what the mother-in-law and grandparents have handed down to her, at Selvaggia's place, you can embark on a gastronomic journey - and not only - where the piadina will be the undisputed protagonist, which will tell a world of flavors and tastes that will make you discover a different Romagna, authentic and simple. Everything you will taste will be of own production, from bread with mother yeast, to vegetables from the garden, to homemade pasta rigorously pulled with the 'sciadur', the rolling pin.
