Hi from Rita!

Casteldaccia is a charming town on the Tyrrhenian coast of Sicily that preserves traces of ancient Arab and Norman settlements within its historic center. It is a town particularly well-known for the production of Sicilian pastries, including almond cookies, buccellati, cannoli and cassata. Casteldaccia is also renowned for the quality of its wines that have been locally produced since the early nineteenth century, when Duke Edward began wine-making and trading the wine that can still be found today on many tables around the world. In this town rich in history and culinary excellence, we will meet our Cesarina Rita. She will will serve up some of the typical local specialties in her dishes.
