Our Cesarina Rosalia opens the doors of her home home in Bagheria, a Sicilian town that rises on the Tyrrhenian coast, not far from the wonders of the sea. "When I was little I loved cooking, especially making desserts, especially while my parents were away from home. My pleasure was to present the surprise dessert at the end of lunch or dinner."
