    In my family, Biancomangiare has always been prepared using my grandmother's recipe, passed down first to her daughters and then to us grandchildren. To make Biancomangiare, we use almond milk, 'my' summer drink! From the very first sip, it takes me back to the past, to the end of school, when I used to lie in the hammock at the beach house.

Our Cesarina is proud to tell her story, and how her love of cooking grew from her family life. Traditional local recipes have formed a tangible bond between Antonietta, her mother and grandmother. Antonietta’s loves preparing humble classics, and every course is prepared with her heart and soul. And of course, she ensures to use only the finest local produce. Just like her cooking philosophy, Antonietta’s table is simple and homely, but always prepared with the utmost care.
