    I will be waiting for you at my home in the hills, surrounded by nature, with a breathtaking view of the city of Bologna. I will welcome you with a delicious selection of Emilian cured meats, served alongside the traditional Bolognese tigelle.

    For the first course, we will enjoy a dish of homemade pasta: the refined Tortelli con la Coda, accompanied by an exclusive demonstration of their preparation, in true 'Giorgio Armani style'.

    Next, a tender steamed veal roast, served with flavorful purple potatoes.

    We will end on a sweet note with pears in red wine, served with a velvety zabaglione cream.

    The entire meal will be enhanced by a carefully selected assortment of local wines, chosen to perfectly complement each course.

Antonietta’s loves preparing humble classics, and every course is prepared with her heart and soul. And of course, she ensures to use only the finest local produce. Just like her cooking philosophy, Antonietta’s table is simple and homely, but always prepared with the utmost care.
