"I'm Roberto, Sicilian by birth, now established in the 'sprawling' Milan, who captivated me with its beauties and its many gastronomic proposals. I trained my taste buds to the tastes of the regions and, always driven by curiosity, I went to search for the dishes and products that could best represent and characterize the place where I was; until, out of love, I settled here. Driven by the innate Sicilian hospitality, I decided to open the doors of my kitchen and to make known that that the Milanese and Lombard territory - today so metropolitan and multicultural, but with so much memory to be rediscovered - offers, keeping the fire of tradition alive."
