    Discover the art of colourful fresh pasta, a creative and tasty experience perfect for those who love to get their hands dirty! In this cooking class, you will learn how to prepare natural, brightly coloured doughs using ingredients such as spinach, beetroot, turmeric and cocoa. We will shape tagliatelle, farfalle or ravioli, combining technique and imagination to create dishes that are beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. After preparation, we will cook together and taste our creations, paired with a good glass of wine. A journey through the colours and flavours of Italian cuisine, to be enjoyed amid laughter, flour and lots of passion!

    Antonietta’s Taste Experience takes you on an immersive journey where you can discover the joys of Tuscan cuisine through her own family traditions. Our Cesarina is proud to tell her story, and how her love of cooking grew from her family life. Traditional local recipes have formed a tangible bond between Antonietta, her mother and grandmother. Antonietta’s loves preparing humble classics, and every course is prepared with her heart and soul. And of course, she ensures to use only the finest local produce. Just like her cooking philosophy, Antonietta’s table is simple and homely, but always prepared with the utmost care.
