My grandmother taught me how to 'put my hands in pasta,' a valuable lesson that I still cultivate today with enthusiasm, dedication and that I like to let my guests discover. You can watch as I prepare fresh pasta, to make tasty tagliatelle with meat sauce. After the pasta, the tiramisu, made to perfection.
