We will use squash blossoms to prepare all the dishes. Squash blossoms (called courgette flowers in Great Britain). Squash blossoms can be picked either from zucchini, and they are the ones you normally find at the grocery store, or from pumpkins. Zucchini flowers have sharper petals and more orange color than squash blossoms, but are less fragrant; they are divided into male, which have a long, thin stalk and are sold in bunches, and female, which grow at the tip of the fruit. Squash blossoms are larger in size than zucchini flowers and have a "sturdy" corolla that is easier to stuff
