Bread, a symbol of welcome and sharing, is the protagonist of this cooking class inspired by peasant tradition. We will start from the value of wheat to discover the many uses of bread in southern cooking. With the crumb we will prepare fried meatballs and in sauce, also perfect for dressing pasta. With the crust, on the other hand, we will make a tasty panzanella scented with extra virgin olive oil. The experience will be enriched with tastings of local products such as caciocavallo cheese, capocollo, seasoned sausage and olives. We will end with typical sweets and a good coffee. A day of authentic flavors and conviviality to be experienced.
