Hi from Alessia!

Alessia is Roman, but half of Neapolitan blood. Her cooking is one of her first great loves, handed down by her grandmothers and her mother Teresa, who have always passed on to her the passion for healthy cooking, with simple flavors, without sacrificing her taste.
