"I have always cooked, I had a very good mother and aunt who rigorously prepared everything at home. Our house, being very large, has always lent itself to dinners and parties. From the countryside in Ciociaria I take fresh products and oil, together with friends with whom I share this passion and which, over time, have introduced me to small family businesses that produce all kinds of products: from meat to fish, from cheeses to vegetables, to wine. In the family we have always been shopping at the Mercato del Trionfale (very famous market in Rome). I don't like to always cook the same dishes, so sometimes I go shopping without knowing what I'm going to prepare and I am inspired by the market stalls."
