David and Flavio welcome us to their home in Centocelle, a lively neighborhood. It has always been the exemplification of the classic Roman village and, today, it has become one of the most important nightlife areas in the capital.After a few years of work in the Val di Fassa Dolomites, they returned to Rome to follow their passions: cooking, art and the art of hosting.By ethical choice our hosts follow a vegetarian and organic diet, using produce from fair trade supply chains and purchased directly from the producers.
