Hi from Veronica!

Our Cesarina Veronica has always loved cooking, so much so that she has made her passion a job. "I am a pasta maker and pastry chef; I love tradition but also experiment with new dishes and flavors, especially with alternative flours. I was born in Turin, the city of chocolate, agnolotti and fine wine. Mine is a magical city, which surprises for its beauty architectural and landscape, as well as for the wealth of traditions and raw materials".
